There were a couple update sets for this collection with the confirmed ones from Brazil and Mexico. Potentially there were more, but I haven’t found anything conclusive. The Brazil edition stickers are marked with an “x” after the number to replace the original sticker which would show the number without the “x”.
The Mexico edition, it seems, has 12 stickers – 6 from both Mexican and Italian National Teams. These stickers have no number on the back.

Panini World Cup 2002 Update Set – Edition Unknown?
I don’t know where this update comes from. Maybe it is a prototype that was never released? I notice the Panucci sticker is the same image as the Panini World Cup 2002 Update Set Mexico Edition – potentially it is linked but I haven’t found any evidence.
